No more pop mail in Hotmail...

That pop mail was very useful... and now it's gone! I'll have to tell everyone to switch to my regular account so I won't have to check two email accounts... it's just such a hassle.

POP mail costs email providers money.
Most don't have the money to keep it going for free. MS however does, but won't anyways.

Hotmail has sucked since 1998. A hotmail account that is actually used will almost always get much more spam then say a Yahoo or Operamail account.

I know why they did it, I just wish they added another ad banner or something instead. (But not pop up, obviously)

And yes, it isn't good, but it's fast and easy.

I tried Hotmail. Really, I did. But when I got a huge in-your-face black screen with porn pictures on it as an e-mail message AT SCHOOL (I was still in HS then), I quickly abandoned ship.

I have my spam blocking settings on second to highest, it works pretty well, except it thought my band director was spam.

I havent had any problems with hotmail.... I only use it for MSN.... I dont really use email much...:shrug:
