How do u create new items on ZC

Hi I want to know haow you can create a new item like the master sword or a spiritual stone, and make it show up on the items list

The answer is... you can't.

There already is a Master Sword but for the stone you can only make another item look like a stone.

You can't make new items, but you can change graphics of exisiting items. You can also edit some items slightly, like you can make the swords not shoot beams, and choose whether or not some items use magic.

You can also make the wooden boomerang fly like a magic one, but still take wooden boomerang damage.

The wooden boomerang takes 4 hits to kill bats while the magic one takes 2 hits.

You are thinking of keese. Bats are like keese but faster and stronger. If I'm not mistaken they do a heart and a half of damage if you don't have a ring. Bats weren't in the original LoZ.
