I am trying to install a working php board.

I already have PHP and mySQL installed. But how do I get the mailer working? Is there some pop 3 account thing for a PC???

you would probably have better luck in the web/programming forums than here among the general board population.
and even better luck at the php boards.
i thought when you bought the licensing junk you got setup tech support included from them?

Shut up, typos are common at AGN, and I usually spell technology correct.

I can only guess that there would be a mail server for Windows, if only for Windows NT and/or 2000. I do know that Linux has sendmail.

Ok, I logged on but I do not show up in the WO and it still says that im am not logged in.

Dude, GET SOME WEBSPACE. You cannot rely on your ever-changing IP address. I can guarantee no one will come to a forum whose address is different every half hour.
