What csets do the guys use in zq?

Abei, Ama, Fire, and Fairy use Cset 8, Merchant and Zelda use Cset 6. I don't remember for sure what the Goriya and Moblin use, It's probably 8.

They (goriya and moblin) use the same csets that they do when you fight them in red enemy version. Which would be cset 8.

That means that everybody uses 8 except the merchant and zelda.

But I was wondering if Molblin and Goriya guys could have a spot in the new enemy tiles. Because if you delete most of the entire first page because it is used for enemies, one might forget about those two little guys above. (heh heh... whoops.) That should be a feature. (Use that guy from Revenge 2 that pops out his head and looks around. Turns out he was misc1 or 2.)

Really? You didn't know that? Anyway, now we can use combos intead of items for animation.:)

For instance, in Prince's ML tiles, there is a 60 tile animation of a fish jumping out of water (most of the tiles are just static water so there is a good pause before between jumps) that is used as an animated combo. It's really nice, so I'm using it in my quest.

And if you want an animated guy via combos that doesn't use the same colors as the ground hes standing on, just put him on layer 1 or 2.

He had that in revenge 2 as well. But I don't think it was 60 tiles long! 60 tiles?! Whoa!!

Heh, I had to use 6 different animated combos for the MGS codec. The last (bottom) 2 were something like 70 frames so that they would be flush with the previous.

Animation is neat, but it takes some work.

It can go up to 99 I believe. The lightning effect in the ML tileset uses them all.
