From what I've noticed, nothing.
But someone said that the eyeball A's first tile (top) has the eye up and slightly to the left (right?). Eyeball B's first tile is up and slightly to the opposite direction of Eyeball A.

What that means is A looks in the cardinal directions (up down left right) and the diaganols between those directions. B on the other hand looks on the diaganols between the directions that A looks. So B doesn't have a tile for up - it has tiles for up and slightly to the left and up and slightly to the right. Get it?
