It seems like I've done a lot of Portland missions so far. What do I have to do to advance to Staunton Island? Just keep chugging? What's up?

Once you finish Salvatore's missions, you should get to Stauntin Island

AND PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR FUCKING PAGER WHEN IT GOES OFF! IF NOT YOU WILL REGRET IT!
