LEXX (demo)

I have decided to release a demo of the LEXX game I'm working on. It can be found here. (http://kenoshaonline.com/lexx/lexxgame.htm) It doesn't have much music in it yet, most areas are quiet since I only have 2 midis from the show so far.

I made all the tiles in those pics. There are some tiles in the game that are modifed from other games, like level 1 has some tiles from Lttp that I changed, and level 2 has some changed BS tiles, also some enemies are edited tiles from BS Zelda.

Wow that's really improved. I remember when 1.84 was out and 1,90 was just developed. It looks a lot different from then!

Yea, you've done alot of work on those tiles- the outdoor ones especially look 100% better than last time. Kudos!

The tiles in the screenshots are all made from scratch, they aren't ripped or based on any other tiles (except for the key and magic bar).

Very original tiles, I got stuck in the first dungeon where there was this door in a room with a bunch of blocks set in a maze like fashion, if only I could remember what monsters were in the room. I tryed to push all the blocks but that didn't seem to work. :banghead:

I have some rooms where there are infinite push blocks and you have to push them onto a "square" on the floor. Also some blocks can only be pushed from one direction.

Out of curiosity, what is LEXX about? I've seen some commercials for it on Sci-Fi, but I didn't get it then. I don't get it now, either, but... Well, the talking bodiless robo-skulls, flying robotic arms which turn into people, the walking green cross-shooting robo-skulls, moth spaceships, and basically the storyline in general is a bit beyond me. Oh, I almost forgot-The... uh... what are those myythical snakes that bite their tails called again? Dang.... Ouruboros or Jormangund, I think...

It would take quite a while to explain everything in the show. Each season is also quite different. I'll try to explain some of it.

The LEXX is the ship, it looks like a giant dragonfly, it can also blow up planets.
Stan is the captain of the LEXX.
Kai is an undead assassin.
Xev/Zev is a love slave.
790 is a robot head who is in love with Xev/Zev is seasons 1&2 and is in love with Kai in 3&4. He used to have a body, but it was eaten by a cluster lizard (the snake like things that roll around with their tails in their mouth.
The flying robot arms are called mantrid drones, they can make anything out of anything, in one episode they were making more "arms" from parts of the LEXX.
The moth ships are used to travel to planets from the LEXX.

Weirddd... And still beyong my comprihension. :lmao: But anyway, nice tiles, I've made some nice looking ones but this are for me. ^_- I might release them someday... When people actually do want them... :p
