And let me tall you, it's hard on solo mode.

But when I tried workout mode, oh my god, it was so AWESOME! The songs were challenging for a beginer like me, but not too hard, even on maniac mode. (Compare that to the DDR normal songs that are harder than hell...

Anyway, I wholeheartedly recomend this game. Just be sure and get a dnacepad to go with it too. I was lucky, and the EB had a MadCatz dancepad (either that, or a DDR/Konami bundle, and I didn't want the origional DDR)

Where's "Space Jam"? I don't see it on the list. Or "The Theme from Mortal Kombat"?

They don't have such amateur dances on there.... ^_^

Anyway, I've picked up a couple of favorites along the way...

Afronova Primeval / 8bit
B4U / NAOKI
Cutie Chaser / Club Spice
Dive / BeForU
End of the Century / NO.9
Look to the Sky / System SF feat. ANNA
Make Your Move / Good Cool feat JP Miles

If you want to hear what songs we DDR to, go to www.ddrfreak.com , click on Radio (in the side bar) and listen in.

All siongs (sorted by name( are right here...

http://www.ddrfreak.com/steps/steps.php

Note that this is the list of songs for ANY and ALL versions of DDR, Import, Arcade and US. The ONLY three that you can get without going to an arcade or picking up an import copy (and modding your PS1/2 or using a boot cd for your PS1) are the ones in DDR USA, DDR Disney and DDR Konamix. Personally, I love Konamix because it has the most songs and more awesome songs and only a few turds, but still, DDR USA has 20, November which I miss...

Oh, um, does it have someone singing in 'Don't Stop'? It sounds like a group singing it or maybe a girl singing it. The reason I'm asking is because Rahel Steven's group (S Club) made a deal with Konami for the song 'Don't Stop Movin'' to be featured on a DDR game.

My friend put in a "real" cd and you could play the game to that song...it generated the pattern to dance to.

So we did all these Ozzy songs.

I'm surprised that you don't have a DDR Simulator yet Alex. If you do, my bad.

And many of the songs available for them are hard as damn hell. Get a dancepad or build one if you're going to download a simulator. It just ain't fun without one. :mega:

DDR simulator? You talking about DDR on a PSX emulator or a computer version of DDR?

Game Mode and Solo Mode are pretty hard, and Workout Mode will use the same steps (I think) as Game Mode/Solo Mode 4 Panels if you turn the difficulty up all the way.

Side note: You have to play the songs in Game Mode/Solo Mode to unlock the hidden ones (20 are hidden). Fortunately, each different variation you play counts (mode and difficulty) giving about 9 plays for each song that will count (3 for Single, 3 for Double and 3 for 6 Panels). Couple may or may not count (I don't know because it isn't shown in the records). I've got about 6 extra songs so far (I know there are 32 songs initially and I have 38 to choose from).

I HAVE a dancepad, and can do the three step songs, as well as some four step songs (B4U, which I LOVE!!!!)

No memcard though....which is sad because I was looking forward to playing Dive.

A PC version. Look here first. (http://www.clickass.org/~tgz/pyddr/) It has both Linux/Unix and Windows versions.

Memcards are what, $20? ;) You really should get one so you can play the hidden songs (BTW I noticed that they're all marked with an asterisk except one, Can't Stop Fallin in Love is a hidden song as well ;)).
