Water tiles

I was trying to make a quest with bs-zelda graphics, so i imported the tiles, pallets, and combo table. Everything is working fine exept that Idont know how to change the tiles on the right, and since it doesnt show water, I cant make it!!!HELP!:confused:

Use Shift+the up or down arrow to cycle through. Or go to the end option and select options and click mouse scrolling or something and you can use your mouse to scrol through them. Bring it to the side of the screen and up or down to scroll.
