Windowblinds allows anyone to change their desktop theme to whatever they want to. It's compatable with Windows 98/200/Me and XP, so it will work on any system you want.

Simply Awesome. It runs seamlessly out of the Desktop settings box and from what I can tell (I am running it on a Pentium 3 notebook PC with no 3D hardware accelerator) it runs pretty well. ^_^

WindowsBlinds is horrible. Check out www.themexp.org, download the program StyleXP, and get some of the stuff they have on there. You will be quite suprised with the aesthetics.
