Actually, GTA and GTA II, I heard, were not very good. GTA3 was great though.

Yeah, the first two had SNES graphics, and the gameplay was a bit messed up. but GTA3... No mafia/gangster/driving game can beat it.

GTA1 sucked ass and had a horrid frame rate... it was annoying.

I miss the motor cycles though.

If I'm correct, GTA3:Miami will have motorcycles.

And the motorcycle skeletons from Castlevania 64 would fit in pretty well too!!!

SNES couldn't do that quality 3d. GTA2 was a lot better than 1, I never played 2 on a console I had only gotten it on PC. Ran over mottzilla a couple times too.
