FF7 Help (PC Version. Probably doesn't matter, does it?)

Ok, I'm lost in Final Fantasy VII (Big Surprise, huh?). I've beaten Palmer, Got the Tiny Bronco, and did Yuffie's side-quest. I went to Gamefaqs, and it says to go back to the Gold Saucer to get the Keystone. One problem though... HOW DO I GET INTO THE GOLD SAUCER???!!!!!!!

Go to North Corel and ride the Ropeway to the Gold Saucer.

You should've been there once already ;). You're required to go there at least once before the section where you're at now ;).
