quick opinion (for those that dont want to read): LK = gay, very very gay


actual opinion: ITS VERY GAY, you use cards to find, like a sorta real-time Magic the Gathering, or Yu-Gy-Oh - and its could be really cool. The card effects are nice and the graphics are cool. but as a whole the game seems rushed. a sorta luigi's mansion of RPG's. like...its good if you got it for free and have NOTHING better to do (including watching infomercials)

Lost Kingdoms isn't gay.. I rented it... it's pretty fun..

It actually is sort of like Yu-gi-oh, only more real time.. you get a bunch of cards, and you can have four out at a time. Different cards have different effects.. for example, one allows you to attack (like a slash attack), while another might summon a creature to fight, or another might cast a spell or call a creature to attack and then leave.. it's actually a fairly unique system which is refreshing..

I havn't played much of it, but it is damn hard so far. The problem is my cards run out fast, and after you use up all your cards, you pretty much have to abort the mission and start over since you can't attack at all. I wish there was a way to rejuvinate them or something.. or at least the little Deck Spots (or whatever they call them) that heal you and allow you to add any cards you collected in that particular level to your deck, if they let you swap cards with others in your inventory, that would be nice.

Anyways, the game is pretty cool. I don't know if I would buy it though, but it is fun..

minigames to get more cards, cut scenes...anything to add depth to the game would be nice. so i dont suggest paying for it all, Co-op wouldbe nice.
