I have found a leak of Beta 156 of the Windows version of Zelda Classic! (Both Zquest and the Zelda Classic program.)
If you want to know how, please PM me moderators, but I will NOT give out this information to anyone except moderators.
Hmm... at least that isn't 152. -_-
That would for sure end distributions to contest people. -_-
I hope that leak is patched.
Edit: I wouldn't download 156 anyway because it is buggier than... yeah... you get the picture. That's what the beta reports have told me. -_-

Um, yeah, it's not the betatesters that leaked it, I can tell you that. It's just...
I would only use it to look at the DoY tiles, that's it. But if the moderators are interested, they can contact me.

He's a secondary tester, anyway. It doesn't matter because Nick has access to beta anyway because of the contest. What does matter is the leak.
No, this reminds me of the build 64 stuff that happened not long before I joined the forums. -_-
I wouldn't touch 156 with a ten foot pole even if this is a real leak.
1) I don't know where it is and I don't want to know.
2) It would corrupt my quest anyway.
3) I want to remain in the quest contest.
4) It is unethical.
I have several reasons to not touch it. -_-
Edit: ZeldaFan, the latest Zquest beta contest people have is 152.

yah but few have 152, only people who have been on AGN for a while will have it.

Why didn't you just PM Dark Nation? Actually, why not DO THAT now!
Yeah, that would have avoided this whole thread from starting and only making things worse. -_-

I wouldnt touch beta 156 either.....No telling what other nasty virus-like tricks DN put into the betas.

I'm getting kinda tired of that kind of bullshit, Mr. 207. You'd like to believe that everyone with any scrap of power within these boards is just malicious and looking for a chance to do you harm, wouldn't you?
But yes, 156 would do you no good. No betas after 156 can read the quest files, although 152 can. (so you can load it backwards into 152 and then up to a later beta)

I'd be willing to bet you aren't even aware of what I was referring to, so mind your own business, k? And if you refuse to do that, at least dont pick fights with me.

I guess this was a bad idea. All of the Moderators know about the problem, they moved the folder anyway. I guess it is no longer a concern.
Moderators, please close this topic now. It seems I've just caused problems and did more harm than good. I guess I am just as bad as kenage. --_--

I don;t really understand why the beta is such a secret beside the fact that newbies don;t listen to the warnings.

Yes, we have a leak. It's unrelated to the contest. No further comment.
Mr. 207, please don't start this bullshit again. DN did not program a virus; if it were a virus, we'd all be infected somehow by now.
And yes, beta 152 is still the latest for the contest. There may be one more upgrade, yet undetermined.
And yes, I'll close this. ZeldaFan, PM me ASAP; if the leak is from someone in my group, I need to know.
