Wait for Star Wars Galaxies!!! Its gonna be awesome but if your not into MMORPG try these:
FPS- Doom 3, Metroid Prime
RTS- Age of Mythology

Black and White is a cool game and so is Morrowind. Those are my personal suggestions. You decide though. Morrowind is really fun, though.

you have any paticular type of game in mind or just anything good.

Dungeon Siege:point and click rpg with little story but the game is fun(so far anyway).

Morrowind-open ended rpg and it comes with an easy to use editor to add stuff to your game or make a new story from scratch.(If your pc is strong enough to handle it)

Kohan:Immortal sovereign,Kohan:Ahriman's Gift(sequel):
A fantasy RTS with turn based strategy influences.I liked it.

Civilization3
Medal of Honor:AA

Cant think of anything else of top of my head.

Oopps, so hows GTA2? Is it good for PC? I loved it for PS2. :D
