How do I set up a Fairy Pond?

I cant figure out how to set up a fairy pond so that link can re-fill his life? I havent seen any flags, or room types for it, and using the fairy as the person doesnt seem to do anything on its own. Im using beta 192 build 104 thanks.

Flag #7 is the fairy flag, when link steps on it his life is refilled.

Remember, you can put flag 7 anywhere on any screen to get your life refilled. It doesn't have to be a fairy pond.

I put it in each screen of a tough four room boss chamber.
