I watch it every once in a while, just for Emeril's "BAM!".

Yup. that "BAM!" got him his own band, live T.V. show, and seasoning...which my dad uses btw.

I know he has a really cheeful, and cool atittude, but I don't really like watching the show, because I can't eat the food. It's torture to me. He is the only reason the Food Network still exists, hehe.
