How do you make things like upside down exclamation points and other cool stuff like that?

Go into system tools, and open "CharMap" or something like that. click on the symbol you want, and notice the little "Alt+6465" in the corner. Hold alt, then type the number on the numpad to the right of the letter keys, and make sure that num lock is on.

Some where in the accesories folder of the start menu.

usually
START -> ACCESSORIES -> SYSTEM TOOLS -> CHARMAP


if that aint it, then i dunno...

it has to be installed, and i think with windows 9x it is optional.. and with most computers try going to run and typing charmap or charmap.exe.
if it isnt installed, put your windows cd in and have a go like that.

I don't think I can do it on my old computer. When I get a new hardrive then maybe I could.

I wish I could do those type of things. They are cool little signs. A sword? That is weird.

The symbol you are talking about is for donoting...

Well that one is alt+ 0163. Just mess around until you get a cool one.
