Free web site hosting?

I am trying to find a web site host that has FTP access AND is completely 100% free. Does anybody have any suggestions on where to look?

You could try www.coolfreepages.com (http://www.coolfreepages.com/) . I haven't actually used them but what I read seems quite good.

I don't know about non-FTP ones but you could try a search at www.freewebspace.net/ (http://www.freewebspace.net/) . They list all different types of web page providers.
