The textures could use work, but it's looking good at this stage.

Looks pretty good, but I'm not too fond of Bilbo's character model. Then again I'm not too fond of Link's new look, and Zelda GCN looks awesome anyways. But I've seen a lot of bad movie/book->game crossovers, and I'm hoping they don't balls this one up too.

yeah, hopefully they will tinker with bilbo's model a little before it is released. If the programmers have any respect for the book at all, it should turn out to be a pretty sweet game. I just hope they don't rush it.

I don't know what Menokh is talking about but I think the graphics are crisp, but I agree that Bilbo looks like shit. He looks like a child-like-man-kid-thing, or something, err...whatever. I hope they don't rush it, becuase I'm almost 100% sure it's gonna suck. It's most likely going to be a platformer adventure with a Middle Earth feeling.

nope. its straight from the book. otherwise he would look like the cartoon movie and it would probably be cell-shaded.
