You might want to improve the quality of the picture of 'Megaman'. But otherwise it it seems pretty nice.

Nice, but there are a few problems with it...

First of all, some of the text is a little hard to see clearly due to the fact that the picture is shrunken. I have a feeling, however, that it still might be a little hard to read; especially the light purple text. Perhaps if you changed the light purple to something else, took the light blue used primarily on the "Who's online" down a few shades, and changed the blue-green colors to something that might go better with the other blues, it would look better.

The logo is good, though it would look better if there weren't a white line around MegaMan.

It's a nice start, though.;)
