Has anyone heard of or created an Super Mario Bros. 2 editor. One like ZC?

Yes. But it's not really like ZC, it's a ROM hacking utility. It's called the Super Mario Bros. 2 Discombobulator.

This is an interesting program I messed around with for awhile. It's a pity it sucks so hard.
