If I were you I'd go with PowWeb.
They offer 200megs of space and 16 gigs of bandwidth all for $7.77 per month.
The also have exceptionally good uptime.

The only thing about Powweb that sucks is php setup.. it's stupid to be frank. -_-'

Another thing that sucks about Powweb is that I cannot even view the damn site or any of it's sites hosted on it. It's the only host and it's hosted sites that I cannot access while others can. :confuse2:
