For those of you fortunate enough to have already seen the movie, did you like it? Was it as good as the previous episode? Does it retain the Star Wars "sprit" which made the series so popular? I haven't seen it yet but I heard some reviews saying that there was too much romance and not enough action. How do you all see it?

In few hours ago, I watched it, and it was great. Anyone have seen a preview about MATRIX 2??? It is soooo cool!

Ok to answer your questions. I thought the romace played a "B" story actually, the general action and story seemed to overshadow it somewhat. it was a lot better than Episode 1, and brought back the Empire Strikes Back feel to the series. Currently people are ranking it either the best Star Wars ever, or a close second behind Empire, either way it's frickin fantastic, and needs to be seen to be believed ;)

The movie was great. I am ranking it as #2, right behind Empire.
I can't say enough good things about it, except that Episode 3 will be better...

but as for the merge thing, i was thinking that it was a good idea to make a topic for it before it was released, cause of something like this.

i loved it. it is SOO much better than EP1. i thought it would be like a "love story" and it kinda was but it was just plain awesome. GO SEE IT!!!!!!
