Might be fun with a group of friends.
I've played the Blizzard Capture the Flag UMS map and its ok but gets boring. You choose a small group of units and try to steal the flag like its a computer rpg.
I've played Capture the Flag mode once in a public 1:1. Its neat in that it makes the game more tense because you have to grab the flag to win while building, defending and attacking like a normal game. The hard part is preventing the flag area from being guarded.

For the most part the regular multiplayer game of Starcraft is a lot better then Use Map Setting maps.
