Every free place I can think of has a size limit.
And I'm prety sure you don't want to pay for hosting.
But 4 megs files may be easier. Try a Yahoo briefcase for those.

Get a yahoo briefcase. The limit there is 30mb. You are limited to uploading 5mb at a time. You can also share your files with people as well.

Geocities has a 5MB total upload limit at a time.

Meaning:

1 upload file can be no larger than 5MB or multiple files can be no larger than 5MB total uploaded at the same time.
