It's not happening. Nintendo currently does not have any silver screen films in production, nor do any of its affiliates. I still wouldn't mind an animated for VHS/DVD only movie...

These are all unofficial. The compilation is just speculation over a remark made by a Nintendo representative that IGN has blown way out of proportion.
As for the GBA ALttP remake, their is no physical evidence it exists, it's only the creation of fans' minds right now.
I suggest you pay attention to E3 next week, and see what real news unfolds.
