I figured what the "problem" was with my drives...

XP is awesome, that was the problem. It is far superior to me :)

In the administrative tools, I had to format and create the volumes from there :)

Very nice addition to Windows and I really like it

But I'm back on now, I know you all missed me...

Is it really that good? Have you had any crashes, faults, errors moreso that your previous OS? I have Windows Me and it's the best I've used so far. I've yet to try XP, the new Mac OS, or Linux.

I for one can say that XP is much more stable than any previous version of Windows(except NT 3.51, but who still uses that?).
It has shitty DOS support but most windows programs run well without crashing. But don't be fooled, programs do crash, and so does XP(not as often though), but you'll rarely see an error message.

Rijuhn, as far as Windows goes, I'd stick with ME; XP may be more stable but other than that there really isn't any reason to use it. Plus it is a resource hog.

Ummm.. in my experiences with ME and XP, I found ME eats up far more resources than XP does. XP, on my machine anyway, continues to run smoothely without ever need to reboot, compared to my PC with ME. Somehow it was far less efficient with ram use and used too much of it at once.

Well I was just talking from my experience.
Of course ME needs reboots, it's based on DOS!
In ME I usually have 160 megs of ram free, while in XP(when it was actually in use by me) I had around 100-130 megs.

I've never had a problem with DOS (pure dos). Never a crash or freeze...

I'm still really sorry about that time in chat... It was horribly immature of me.

On a seperate note...

Well, if you want to be that way, I 100% have no "bitches".
