Csets and Tiles

I just recently started my own map using Z1.90 I have a few problems.

I cant figure out how to change colors in dungeons, and different areas on the overworld so everything isn't all green.

My other problem is using tiles. I tried downloading new tilesets, and I use the manual method to grab them, but the colors are all messed up. I know theres not enough color in the Csets or palette. There are only 4 colors for each set. How do I fix this?

onthe number pad, press - and + to cycle through the colors, and press 1-9 to get level colors and 0 to get the normal color
