Well, to create one yourself, you need to know Hexidecimal code (six digit # that corresponds to a color). You assign a code to each area of the forums like table background, font color, link color, etc.

Hexidexcimal code is a numer representation of the Red, Green, Blue tones. Each 2 numer cluster corressponds to the tone of that respective color.

Also, the scale is 0-F...as in 0-9 numers, A-F letters. The closer to 0, the closer you get to black. The closer to F, the closer to white. Like #FFFFFF = white because it makes each color pure, and as you know when you mix all colors, you get white. #000000 = black because you have no color for any of the three attributes. Putting one cluster to the "full color" side and the others to "non-color" results in the pure color form of that RGB element.

For example, RED in Hex is #FF0000. The FF is for pure red on that color, and absolute black on the others, which equals red overall.

Hope that explains everything.

To edit an image, on the top right of the keyboard, there should be a button called Print Screen. Click that and then copy and paste it into Paint Shop Pro or Paint or another image editing program. Then, use the information TSA described above to edit the image.
