Thumbnailing Program

I'm looking for a program that can make me a bunch of thumbnails.. basically I have about 200 images I need thumbnailed and it would take friggin' forever to do myself.. so I'm looking for a program that will do it all at once.. anyone know of something that does this?

I thought it was gonna be a game online like png 3d or something, where you try to nail nails, but avoid your thumb or something...

This was the first thing on google when I searched for thumbnailing software: http://www.pawsitesonline.com/ezthumbs/

I've never used it, but it looks neat. If you don't like it, I'm sure you can just search and find more. After trying a few, you're bound to find one you like.
