A contract

If I wanted to put a contract out on someone, how would I go about doing that?

Does anyone happen to know the going rate for a hit these days?

Depends on who it is, and who you find to do it. I suspect if it's just an average everyday person you want killed it wouldn't be all that much compared to someone of stature.

Then again it depends on the hitman as well, whether he's just some punk or a pro :shrug:
