Wal-Mart runover by suing bandwagon

Why in the world would Wal-Mart settle out of court? This (http://www.newsday.com/news/nationworld/wire/sns-ap-wal-mart-suicide-settlement0502may02.story?coll=sns-ap-nationworld-headlines) is so stupid. If I told my wife I was going to go buy a Craftsman chainsaw and cut my own head off, and I did it, she could sue Sears? Man, what is happening..........

The point was, the person was warned about by police and Wal-Mart didn't take it seriously enough to make sure that all employes knew and obeyed. When the police tell you do do somthing, you do it, no matter what the inconvience and cost. Now, I would understand if there was a communication error and Wal-Mart couldn't get the word out to everybody ASAP.

Anyway, just ignore lawsuits. People think it's a great way to get a buck, but as TSA puts it" Karma, Bitch!".
