Castlevania: Circle of the Moon Question

On the main menu when you start the game, there is a crossroads option at the top of the screen. The game doesn't let you select it. Does it have something to do with linked paks? I lost my insruction manual so I can't look it up...

As I've never heard anything on the title bar "Crossroads" I've always assumed it was just a cute little title for the main select screen. I don't think there is any gamepak linking.

That's the screen/menu title. The CrossRoads of what you are doing. If you want to start a new game, continue, delete, etc.
