He doesn't. When AGN switched to VBB his public name got deleted and his account was/is now known as GammaDude.

I wouldn't say really bad. However, he posted what could very definitely be termed SPAM, posted quite a bit of it(and dragged up topics with it), double posted, and ignored warnings by Moderators to stop. He was, as a punishment, given a permanent fixed rank: Newbie. The first member to hold that rank since the actual Newbie rank was dumped in April of last year in favor of a less stigmatized term.
