You can still buy new coke actually, if you know where to find it. Coke still has a few places that manufactures it (since the New Coke formula is just based off of the formula they use in Europe to account for regional tastes).

I'm going to fondly remember the 80s as the best decade ever, even though I was really only concious enough for the second half of it(which is really only when Nintendo got started in the US, anyway).

Only problem. Metroid came out in 1990. Legend of Zelda in 1987. The Power Glove in 1989. Ghostbusters in 1984. I love anachorisms.

Yeah, with the silver label with actual game graphics as the cover art, and little "adventure" symbol near the bottom. I have that too.

Thats the artwork from Metroid 2's cover. They just took the Samus Aran from it, and put her on a dull yellow and blue cover. It would've been cooler if they could've made something from the artwork in the Metroid manual. Those little drawings were neat.
