Mike pretty much could do anything a chicken with its head could do. Definitely one of the the more bizarre(if incredibly old) instances. The thing only finally died when it choked on a corn kernal, I believe.

I found this while reading through the guinness world book o' records, 2002 in my school Library when the I-net was down.

I still don't see how it would live, I mean scientifically, I has lost four sences, no brain. How the hell did it 'operate'? (for search of a better word)

yeah i heard about that chicken like 2 years ago! it choked to death whne he was getting fed through a funnel. when his head was cut off it was not done properly. there was just enough brainstem for him to live.
