Who scrpits new stuff for the forums?

you know, like the custom title hack and stuff. Would there be any way to hack some other stuff in? (like a radio, for instance, where you have a pull down list of songs that you can listen to while cruising AGN, in the BG.)
who does that stuff? And if you do it, would you be kind enough to add that radio fuction?

Pop a CD in your CD player.
