I work out twice a day.

Weights in the morning.

Push ups, pull ups , and sit ups in the evening.

How about you guys?

i do kickboxing on a monday and thursday and ju-jitsu on a tuesday, its a hard work-out

I do situps and pushups everynioght...;) but i dont think im getting anywhere..:(

My regular work is a work out, lots of walking, carrying, lift and streaching.
But I jog about 2 times a week in summer tredmill it in winter.

Usually only if I'm pissed and need to vent. So... not that often. Not a real fitness freak but I've always been a skinny dood.

Might not seem like it, but if you stop, you'll definitely notice a backslide in your shape.

I used to workout pretty hard about three times a week, usually running and playing basketball, but lately I haven't been working out too much. Just been off my routine.

I answered for every two days on the poll, but I haven't worked out in awhile. My answer is for when I am working out...since I stopped back in December, I've gained 40 pounds...ugh...

I quit cause my lifting partner (spotter, whatever) got sent to a mental hospital...

I work out all the time while I'm not sleeping or driving from/to work (but only if Mouse-Clickin' also counts)

I suppose I work out all the time. Not like body building or anything... I could care less. But I do have a rather small and weak body, i.e. sick all the time, constant headaches, a persisting sinus infection that has lasted 1.5 years. So I push myself to my limits as often as possible.

I run/walk about every other day. I'm just gettin' back to my usual routine, so I only go 2 miles... hopefully by the time summer is in full swing here I'll be back to doin' 4 or 5 miles.

About 2-3 times a week at best. I don't get much time to work out, although I usually do some arm curls with 15 or 20 lbs weights every day or two.

about 5-7 times a week i'd say.

tis tae kwon do, about 45 mins a day, at an average of 3 days a week, then, if you count my power walking class (alternates between 2 times and 3 times a week, 1 1/2 hours)

so yea, i exercise a lot, and i look anorexic.

Heck, in the sports seasons it's just about every day. Now, I lift 2 or 3 times a week and do track after school from 3:45 to 6:00. In track I usually run a warm up of on mile. Then I throw javelin for an hour. After that I jump til my mom comes to pick me up.

I try to do streches, sit-ups, push-ups, etc. every night, but it usually ends up being about every other night (I forget things REEEEAL easy...)

I don't do so much any more, but I used to work out everyday except on weekends, lifting, throwing, jogging, etc, and before that I used to very heaving in the martial arts going to competitions when possible.
