With the addicting to video games part, I do not believe people are addicted, they just enjoy games.

For example, I really like and enjoy playing games, but I'm not addicted. I don't play for hours on end. Maybe for an hour at a time or so.

So people MAY be addicted if they play a variety of games for hours and hours and hours and hours and hours on end.

In my opinion, we just enjoy games. We aren't addicted. They're a hobby sort of, like collectings cards or playing sports.

I believe that a good deal of us have become addicted because for me, and many others, it's our main source of entertainment, and to get away from the world, and if someone took that away I couldn't live.

I don't think games are everything. People lived before without them and probably had more wholesome lives than anyone else in the world now.

I would play sports, watch t.v. etc.
