Keenspace is great. Except for one thing: you can't get in. I've been waiting 5 months for a confirmation that was supposed to take 4-8 weeks, and still nothing. Bah. Of course, once you find the webspace, you can download Keenspace Lite, which is a collection of CGI scripts that will help you manage your comic.

Actaulyl there is a guy out on the web that does almost NOTHING but host web comics.

And have you tried the AGN admins yet? AG might host you if you ask nicely.
