Well, for one thing, if you change one of the starting flags (blue, green, item, etc..) and try to exit, Zquest doesn't ask for a save prompt.
Also, when you take a screenshot with the no subscreen rule on, the pic does not appear centered like the game is.
Also, if you try to flip an animated tile while editing the combo, it messes up.
