Chaos Theory - The Game!!!

okay everyone, you've seen the topic (http://boards.armageddongames.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=52647) in think tank, now its time to play the game!
rules: start out with some situation, then keep adding effects to make it into something completely unrelated that happens.

example:
1. you win the lottery
2. you buy a new car with all the money
3. with your car, you accidentally crash into a moose on the road
4. the car is totaled and you have to repair it
5. you miss the big football game cuz u cant drive your car
6. you fail a test because you cant answer the question of "who won the game"
7. you cant get a good job because you failed the test (and the class)
8. your bad job doesnt pay much, and you spend all your lottery money on food
9. you live in a box.

all because you won the lottery. now you try it!

Ok, should we just do one at a time or what? I think I'll do several first:

1. You notice a faint distortion in the air
2. When you go over to investigate it, you trip over a half-buried wire in the dirt
3. the wire breaks, cutting off power to the local computer store
4. All the computers are screwed up incredibly, and the store calls in a repair crew
5. As the repair crew walks by, the energy in the batteries to their equipment sets off the distortion and turns it into a big swirling wormhole gate
6. You dive in and have the adventure of a lifetime, never to return
7. Meanwhile, while you're gone, your family starts to wonder where you went and sends out an investigator
8. While trying to get evidence to locate you, the investigator accidently tips a raving lunatic over the edge
9. After killing the investigator, the lunatic goes on a rampage halfway across the state, and his capture is televised nationwide
10. The President makes a long speech about this and institutes a fund for the reform of insanity asylums since they're run like crap
11. Now people are being treated for the mental illnesses they actually have, rather than for ones they do not
12. America becomes a shining beacon for peace, prosperity, and a generally non-screwed up population
13. Terrorists from the Middle East decide to wreck the whole thing and launch a full scale attack, courtesy of black market military supply dealers
14. A prominent leader in a secret society such as the Illuminati or something rises to power through tact and bureaucracy in order to quell the terrorists and become a hero
15. Managing to become head of the European Union, he re-works the system from the inside out, making him a dictator
16. As he reveals his insane plot to eliminate those who don't agree with his secret society's religion, It's Hitler all over again and the world unites against in World War 3


How's that?

1.You drop a penny onto the cement, and it makes a small tap
2.The penny alarms a small squirrel , and it runs up into a tree that overlooks the neighbors yard, knocking a bird nest out of it.
3. The bird nest falls from the tree and an egg hits a small girl in her tempal, killing her.
4. The news about this tragic and strange death hits the newspaper.
5. An air traffic control person reads this in the newspaper and and sits there sadly , wondering how and why such things happens, and forgetting to report the weather to a pilot of a plane flying over the area.
6. A plane crashes into your house.

All that happened cause you dropped a penny!

1. You open a window.

2. Over a period of 50 years, this minute chamnge in the local air currents cause the climate to change just enough to alter the flight path of a bird.

3. The bird follows it's new filght path, directly in front of an oncoming vehicle.

4. The vechicle swerves to miss the bird, and loses control, running over a nearby pedestrian.

5. Congratulations, you are now a murderer.

1. You have a fundraiser to build an orphanage.
2. The paper used for the fliers to build the orphanage were made from trees that were in a rainforest.
3. The missing trees in the rainforest disrupt the flow of weather.
4. A minor shift in the jet stream causes a nasty hurricane in the Gulf of Mexico.
5. The hurricane hits the orphanage and destroys it.

1. You are walking down the street and shuffling your feet.
2. You kick many tiny pebbles, and one large rock.
3. A biker does not notice your rock and hits it.
4. Because of the incline of the street he was going incredibly fast and is sent flying.
5. He hits a parked car setting off it's alarm.
6. Neighbors allerted by this rush to help him.
7. The alarm also startles a squirel which runs up a nearby tree
8. The squirel knocks a nut off the tree in its flight.
9. The nut hits a neighbor who beleives one of the others hit him
10. He hits back.
11. The violence escalates through generations causing a feud that lasts for decades.

You have created a violent feud between two families resulting in large amounts of property damage, injury, and jail time. All by simply walking down the street.

[Paradox]

1. you eat a cookie
2. the cookie lands on the floor and your dog eats it
3. your dog starts choking and dies
4. you bury it and give it a funeral
5. the tears from your sorrow hit the ground, making a worm come up for air
6. a bird eats the worm
7. the bird flies away and poops on your car as you're driving
8. you can't see where you're going and crash
9. you end up dying after the crash

you died because you eat a cookie!

4. You then walk downstairs to the cpu
5. You trip going down the stairs
6. You fall through the wall
7. Your major organs are bleeding
8. Your cat runs out through the hole in the wall
9. You cat gets hit by a SEMI
10. The SEMI slides on the dead cat's corpe and lands in your front law.
11. You parents grab you and run out the back door.
12. The SEMI leaks oil
13. The driver of the SEMI drops his keys on the ground
14. The keys make a tiny spark, which ignites teh oil
15. The explosion from the oil makes a huge mushroom cloud explosion
16. You and your parents are hurdeled hundreds of feet into the air.
17. A small Bi-Wing Plane get hit by you and your parents
18 The plane comes down into your house and the explosion
19. All these explosions cause radiation to squirm all around the world
20. People get freakishly smart, because they grow three heads from the radiation, and their brains grow really big too.

So everyone gets smart because you played MPQ, its a fair trade, honest!

1. you breathe
2. a virus gets inhaled
3. you recover at the hospital
4. the nurse gives you the wrong pills and you die
5. your parents are at your funeral
6. a tear your mother sheds for you ends up helping to water a little plant
7. the plant grows and becomes a big tree
8. a lumberjack comes and cuts the tree down
9. The tree falls and makes a hole in the ground
10. your friend walks by on the way to your grave and trips in the hole
11. he breaks his neck.
