Well now they are finding that some priest are molesting children! One priest molested a 10 year old!

What is our world coming to!?!?!?!?!?!?

Unluckily that is all too common. And the churches powers that be have a bad habit of burying their heads in the sand about it.
I reckon some of these priests, ministers etc get into this line of work so they have easy access to children. Cause they sure as hell are not believers. If they were they would not be able to commit these crimes.

You're right. If they are real priests hte thought of sin should compell them from doing it. And it is still sickening.

I go to a Catholic school also. It is scary. If we go to church we have to make sure no sex crazed priest comes charging at us!

This is *WAY* too common, priests have really easy access to children and now only that, some basically do whatever they want, thinking that if they believe in someone that got sacrificed 2002 years ago, they'd go to this so called 'heaven' no matter WHAT evil they caused.

organized religion makes me wanna go all out and pull a columbine. seriously, how many wars have been started in the name of 'god', how many deaths in the name of this 'god'?! Chances are that number wouldn't fit on my calculator (standard 7-digit calc).

the only religions i have much tolerance for anymore are buddhism, SOME forms of satanism, and aethism, because they dont really follow strict rituals/rules, which are usually the cause of fighting. plus, they dont go out calling themselves the true religion, a reason i readily accept paganism in most forms.

im spiritual, but as far as im concerned, there is either no 'god', or its just another word for universe.

What I don't understand is, why do the priests always go after boys? Child molestation is one sin, why add another by making it gay too?
