Try Chrono Trigger, Lucca's house. Her mom's in a rocking chair (with no legs, but honestly, I never noticed that until I had gotten past that point in the game).

here ya go, this is the best I could do. It's not really a rocking chair but I can't get you anything better. You'll need to use layers because lucca's mom is a sprite and the chair is a tile. They use 2 divirent Csets too, in this pic cset 2 is lucca's mom and 3 is the chair. Hope this helps you out a bit:
