How do you tell when you're up too late?

Well, when I start getting hungry again, or when my body loses much of it's agility and I begin to sort of wobble my torso in circles without conciously trying to do so.

Anothing thing that helps is when my grammer sort of gets shot and my smarts is no longer so good:P
