Its gotta be a latin language, because it uses normal latin letters... So its got some European origin... thats all I know

It is Latvian. You can go here (http://searchenginez.com/translate.html) and search for a web site that might translate it.

I did the first sentence and I think it says something like "Here ____ nohow not, again soon" so I take that to mean nothing is here now, but it will be soon.

It looks like the standard "The page you selected was not found" page. Usually, those only appear when a site is being newly created for the first time, or after the site closes down... so I hate to tell you DC, but I would be surprised if it came back. How long has it been down?
