I'm not sure about a program that can translate, but the Babblefish @ www.av.com (under tools, translate) works pretty well... also Word XP has a built-in translator if you have that :)

So does Amikai (www.amikai.com). But be warned ... no computer translation is very trustworthy.

A word of warning to you no matter what program you use: They all suck. As George Carlin might say, it's a freakin' law of nature.

If you plan to use it for any purpose other than to get the gist of a foreign language web page, I suggest you forget about translation programs. Especially if you plan to use it to cheat on your homework. Any foreign language teacher worth his or her salt will notice.

That being said, try http://www.freetranslation.com

Hmm it might be hard to translate text from a comic book because its not actual text, you'd have to type it all out yourself.
You know you can buy Dragon Ball Z manga at a bookstore right? I think the graphic novels are in the Freeza Saga now. Guess your trying to get ahead? I'm missing the next 2-3 books (I have 1-4).
