Rick is the enthusiastic loud mouth hard core gamer at that store. Upon hearing that they just got GBAs in, he blew up. That's his name tag and ashes falling in the last frame. :)


I just got done reading them all. Its like Acts of Gord but in comic form.

That first one resonates with me actually... having been active at a gaming shop when the pokemon card game was big, those kids(who ranged from ages 7 to 14 typically) were god damn kleptos! On more than one occassion, my brother helped shake down some of the bastards to retrieve stolen merchandise and cards taken from other customers. Alot of people wound up getting banned from the shop because of constant theft. I even had a few cards of mine taken(yeah, I was 16 and played pokemon... the game was fun and I thought I'd clean up in the tournaments and I DID!!! Hah!).
