    Looping controls for MP3/OGG files

    It's been 3000 years. We've been good boys. Can we finally get looping controls for MP3 and OGG music?
    Keeping something big a secret, in case it doesn't work out I can understand.
    But he deliberatly drops little hints just to drive us mad.

    To be fair, it is something I examined. We first need to update our audio libs, before I am comfortable tinkering with this. I did add script controls for pause/resume of non-enhanced audio (and sfx), but the enhanced audio stuff uses a series of libs and is not homogeneous.
